Learning from the experienced
Two days of peer-to-peer learning for heads of German universities: On December 7 and 8 2023, Wübben Stiftung Wissenschaft’s newly launched President Coaching program supported six first-time university presidents and rectors preparing for their leadership roles.
The seminar covered a host of relevant topics, such as leadership skills, board and committee work, communication in leadership, managing conflicts, and strategic planning, that were presented by experienced university leaders. We will be running this format twice annually, next in June 2024. President Coaching is another program launched by Wübben Stiftung Wissenschaft.
